There can be only one first time

Thanks Mr Marnus for the kewl name for this blog.

This blog is for me. If someone else reads it, nice. If not, thats okay too!

I basically need a place to organize my thoughts around life and technology. I am about to start my first open source project. It has been too long since I have coded a project and played with open source technologies. The reasons for this is my role at work (Architect, whatever that means) and our platform, IBM WebSphere.

I have an idea for a useful application (it will definitely be useful at work) and now it is time to play (and by play, i mean work).

I am really gonna enjoy this ride!
